About My Clients
I work with individuals (ages 13 and up), couples, and families. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, family conflict, parenting, men’s issues, and narcissistic relationships (including Narcissistic Personality Disorder). I’m also deeply interested in how early childhood abuse, narcissism in caregivers, and broader social issues like wealth inequality impact mental health. My goal in therapy is always to create a space where you feel seen, challenged, and supported.
My Background and Approach
In my work, I integrate Solution-Focused Therapy and Experiential Therapy — two models that complement each other in supporting meaningful, lasting change. Solution-Focused Therapy emphasizes clarity and momentum: identifying what’s working and building on your strengths to make tangible progress. Experiential Therapy, on the other hand, creates space to connect with your emotions in real time, uncovering the deeper stories, patterns, and blocks that often live beneath the surface. Together, these approaches help challenge limiting patterns and create new pathways forward.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Inside and outside of my practice, I’m committed to expanding access to mental health care in meaningful ways. This includes offering pro bono services for those who may not otherwise have the means to start therapy, and actively partnering with community organizations that are on the front lines of supporting people in need. I also recognize that accessibility is about more than cost — it’s about creating a space that feels safe, inclusive, and welcoming for people of all identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences. That’s why I continually engage in conversations, training, and self-reflection around equity and inclusivity, so that therapy can be a place where everyone feels seen, valued, and supported. My goal is to help remove barriers and ensure that care reaches those who need it most, not just those who find it easiest to access.
