I believe that thoughtful introspection can create lasting growth and change. I collaborate with clients to create a treatment strategy that works for them and specialize in working with individuals and couples experiencing relationship issues, grief, anxiety and depression, OCD, and those making life transitions, including changes in roles or identity.
My Background and Approach
I use an integrative approach to therapy with a focus on evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention, ACT, Multicultural, and Interpersonal interventions. I approach therapy through a flexible, interactive, and compassionate lens that allows me to tailor therapy to help clients feel safe while working to achieve their short and long-term mental health goals.
