About My Clients
Those experiencing PTSD symptoms, difficulties building/sustaining relationships, and/or interpersonal difficulties will benefit most from these techniques. Acknowledging the struggle is the first step. Together we will identify your stressors, develop a plan of action, and work on an individual treatment plan to help you leave previous memories behind and thrive in your current relationships.
My Background and Approach
As a licensed professional counselor with a background in Clinical Psychology & formal training in EMDR, much of my clinical work has been devoted to treating individuals & families with chronic mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, self-harming behaviors, eating disorders/body image issues, attachment struggles, PTSD, & other trauma-related disorders. My approach is highly individualized & client-centered; each case is assessed carefully and a treatment plan is constructed based on each individual client's needs and goals. I look forward to hearing how I can best serve you as you embark upon the path of healing.
