About My Clients
Individuals and couples I work with often feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Many are navigating anxiety, relationship conflict, trauma history, life transitions, or identity shifts. Some seek therapeutic support for preparation and integration around psychedelic experiences. People often function well on the outside while feeling overwhelmed or disconnected, and seek clarity, emotional safety, and healthier connection.
My Background and Approach
I offer relational, trauma-informed therapy for individuals and couples via telehealth in Oregon. My work is grounded in attachment-based therapy and informed by CBT, ACT, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and nervous-system–focused approaches. I’m also an ERYT-500 yoga teacher, which shapes how I attend to embodiment, breath, and emotional regulation in ways that support resilience and self-awareness. In addition, I am a state licensed psilocybin facilitator in Oregon and offer therapeutic preparation and integration support related to psychedelic or expanded-state experiences. Sessions are collaborative and thoughtfully paced, helping clients notice patterns that no longer serve them, build emotional regulation and communication skills, and create changes that feel meaningful and sustainable in everyday life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people make sense given their histories, relationships, and the contexts they live within. I view symptoms as meaningful signals rather than problems to eliminate, and I value approaches to healing that emphasize safety, compassion, and personal agency. I am committed to creating an inclusive, affirming space that respects diverse identities, relationship structures, and lived experiences. I believe meaningful change happens when insight is paired with presence and practice over time, and when people are supported in reconnecting with their inner wisdom, capacity for regulation, and sense of purpose. Therapy, to me, is a collaborative process rooted in curiosity, respect, and care.
