My Background and Approach
As an MSW, LISW, and the founder of Full Circle Mental Health LLC, I believe therapy should fit the person, not the other way around. My practice provides tailored, integrative telehealth therapy grounded in a strengths-based, trauma-informed framework. We will honor your innate resilience while creating a deeply safe space to process past wounds, allowing you to bring your life back into full circle. Because every individual, couple, and blended family faces different challenges, I am versed in a wide range of therapeutic modalities. Depending on your unique goals, we will draw from: Individuals & Trauma: TF-CBT, standard CBT, DBT skills, and Person-Centered Therapy for anxiety, trauma, and religious deconstruction. Couples: The Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to break negative cycles and build lasting intimacy. Blended Families: Bowenian Family Systems Therapy to navigate the complex dynamics of merging households.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is inherently an act of social justice and human connection. My clinical work is deeply informed by my core values of unconditional dignity, equity, and the systemic nature of healing. I do not view individuals in isolation; I see how environment, trauma, and systemic barriers impact wellness. This passion extends beyond the virtual therapy room and into my community. My commitment to advocacy and human rights drives my volunteer work with populations who face intense systemic vulnerabilities. I dedicate time to supporting: The unhoused community, focusing on immediate dignity and resource access. Survivors of sex trafficking, assisting in trauma recovery and reclamation of autonomy. Foster youth, navigating complex systemic cycles to offer stability and support. These experiences reinforce my belief that everyone deserves a safe, non-judgmental space to heal. I bring this deep empathy, cultural humility, and awareness of systemic trauma to every session.
