About My Clients
My clients are often neurodivergent individuals navigating anxiety, stress, shame, and major life transitions. Many feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or exhausted from masking and holding it all together. They’re thoughtful, self-aware, and ready for a space where they can be fully themselves while building steadiness, clarity, and self-trust.
My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I specialize in working with autistic adults and individuals navigating self-esteem struggles, anxiety, overwhelm, stress, LGBTQ+ concerns, and major life transitions. My clinical experience has focused on creating affirming, neurodivergent-informed spaces where clients don’t have to mask or over explain themselves. I draw from evidence-based approaches while tailoring therapy to your nervous system, communication style, and goals. My work is a mix of compassion, collaboration, and direct communication, balancing emotional depth with practical tools you can use in daily life. Clients often share that they feel both deeply understood and empowered with concrete strategies for managing overwhelm, building self-trust, and making meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space where dignity, autonomy, and identity are deeply respected. I am committed to LGBTQ+ affirming and neurodiversity-affirming care, and I believe systemic factors, culture, and lived experience matter in mental health. I value authenticity, consent, and collaborative decision-making in the therapy room. My work is rooted in compassion, social awareness, and the belief that healing happens when people feel safe enough to be fully themselves.
