About My Clients

Whether you are a creative feeling stuck in your career, relationships, or struggle with family conflict, or you are a trauma survivor, I will prioritize your safety so that you feel open to self reflection. This can then lead to gaining insight and understanding, as well as a healing of your wounds and trauma. I will be with you and work to empower you at your weakest. I will also challenge you to grow so that your needs, desires, and goals can be met.

My Background and Approach

My psychodynamic training puts special focus on creating a strong therapeutic relationship. This encourages you to feel safe enough in the room with me to explore your deepest wounds and traumas, your deepest fears regarding your career, relationships, finances, or the state of the world at large. Through deep exploration that is done at your own pace, I aim to help you come to a greater understanding of your past and present. This can lead you to a healthier, happier, and more fulfilled life. I also teach trauma survivors skills to help with daily coping, such as somatic, grounding, and mindfulness exercises.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I care deeply about respecting all aspects of each clients identity, including their life experiences, race, ethnicity, culture, gender identity, sexual identity, and more. My work is grounded in queer-affirming, anti-racist, and feminist values. I use a strengths-based approach, as I believe that all clients innately have strengths that can be built upon to help them grow.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
