About My Clients
I work best with clients who feel the weight of stress such as: family expectations, unresolved trauma, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients think deeply, feel intensely, or grew up in environments where their needs weren’t understood. They’re seeking clarity, stability, and a space where their internal experience is finally taken seriously. If you’re ready to explore your patterns with honesty and build a more grounded way of moving through the world, we’ll be a strong fit.
My Background and Approach
My work focuses on helping clients who carry the impact of family trauma, chronic invalidation, and the pressure to hold everything together. I take a grounded, trauma-informed, client-centered approach that looks at the patterns you developed in order to survive, and how those parts show up in your life now. We slow down, get curious about your internal world, and build stability that actually feels usable in daily life. My background includes a BA in Psychology with a minor in Art Therapy and a Master’s degree with training in Contemplative/Buddhist Psychotherapy, parts work, and psychedelic-informed care; specifically Psilocybin. I don’t push one philosophy; these frameworks give us multiple ways to understand what’s happening inside you. Because my practice is fully virtual and outpatient, I’m not able to see clients who are actively suicidal or engaging in active self-harm.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people heal through curiosity, connection, and being met with genuine respect. I value autonomy, authenticity, and creating spaces where clients can show up without needing to minimize their experiences. My work is LGBTQ+ affirming, neurodiversity-informed, and rooted in the belief that people are shaped by their environments and can reshape their internal world when they’re supported. I hold fast to the belief that stability is possible for anyone, and that healing happens when we understand the parts of ourselves that learned to cope in the only ways they could.
