About My Clients
I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, and major life changes - especially those feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure where to begin. My clients often carry deep stories of resilience and are seeking a space to process, heal, and grow. Through Narrative Therapy, EMDR, and somatic tools, I help people explore who they are, what matters most, and how to move forward with clarity and compassion - rewriting the story in a way that honors both struggle and strength.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience supporting adults through trauma, anxiety, life transitions, grief, and relational wounds. My training includes Narrative Therapy, EMDR, and somatic approaches - all grounded in a deep respect for the resilience you already carry. I believe healing happens through connection, curiosity, and the freedom to tell your story in a space where nothing has to be hidden or explained away. Whether you’re navigating a recent upheaval or unpacking long-held pain, I offer a collaborative space where we can explore what matters to you, what’s been getting in the way, and what healing could look like on your terms. I bring warmth, respect, and a steady presence - never pushing, but always walking with you toward insight, self-trust, and meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space where all parts of you are welcome - your pain, your joy, your questions, your complexity. I’m deeply committed to anti-oppression work, LGBTQIA+ affirmation, racial justice, and body liberation. I honor the ways trauma and identity intersect, and I stand with those whose stories have been silenced or sidelined. I value transparency, kindness, and the quiet power of bearing witness. Outside the therapy room, I support access to mental health care, reproductive freedom, and inclusive care for those navigating chronic illness and medical trauma. I believe in laughter, in slowness, in the dignity of your lived experience - and I see therapy not as “fixing,” but as a collaborative process of making sense, finding direction, and living with more agency and ease.
