About My Clients
I work with adults who are ready to take an honest look at their relationship with substances and make meaningful, lasting changes. Whether you're in active use, early recovery, or trying to rebuild after relapse, I offer a judgment-free space where you can explore what healing looks like for you. Many of my clients have tried to manage things on their own for a long time, and are unable to do so anymore.
My Background and Approach
I bring over a decade of experience helping adults navigate the complex terrain of substance use and recovery. My work is grounded in the belief that addiction is not a moral failing, but a deeply human response to pain, stress, trauma, and disconnection. I meet my clients with empathy, structure, and evidence-based strategies to help them find their way forward. I’ve worked in a range of treatment settings—from intensive outpatient programs to community mental health and private practice—which allows me to understand the full continuum of care and meet clients where they are. Whether you’re in crisis, newly sober, or years into your recovery but still struggling with underlying patterns, I help you identify what’s holding you back and build practical tools to move toward lasting change. My Clinical Approach I tailor my work to the individual, drawing from a variety of modalities including: CBT Motivational Interviewing (MI) Relapse Prevention Planning Psychoeducation and Skills
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that recovery is possible for anyone—no matter how far things have gone, how many times you’ve tried before, or how stuck you may feel right now. Recovery isn’t just about stopping a behavior—it’s about reclaiming your life, your dignity, and your ability to connect with yourself and others in a real, meaningful way. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Recovery looks different for everyone, and I’m here to support your path—whether that means total abstinence, harm reduction, or figuring out what healing even looks like for you. What matters most is that you're willing to show up, be honest with yourself, and take one step at a time.
