About My Clients
Many of my patients experience anxiety and depression concerning loss. Whether it be the loss of a job, relationship, or loved one, I believe that many challenges in our past are meant to help us build the resilience for future experience. I am here to offer support through these life experiences and to help reframe your thoughts, making way for newer, more passionate, and optimistic perspectives. By manifesting more positivity, we can invite more positive energy into our lives.
My Background and Approach
Just to share a bit more about my background, I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Fordham University, where I specialized in Clinical Social Work. During my training, I gained invaluable experience in leadership and clinical focus in Social Work while working at the United Nations and a Family Shelter in Brooklyn.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I understand that past or current relationships can have a significant impact on your life, and I’m here to support you as you work toward building positive and fulfilling relationships. Together, we can explore ways to shift negative behavior patterns and develop more positive decision-making skills so that you can feel happier being around people. No matter what life has thrown your way, I believe that you are capable of being the best version of yourself. I’m here to help you on that journey toward self-discovery and growth. Let’s work together to help you achieve your goals!
