Sometimes, we find ourselves no longer able to engage in our lives the way we wish; perhaps because we've experienced a trauma that has changed the way we see ourselves, others, or the world. My Background and Approach
I specialize in treating anxiety, PTSD, and trauma-related symptoms, utilizing evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), and Cognitive-Behavioral Conjoint Therapy (CBCT; a couples therapy for trauma). The psychotherapy I provide is designed to improve your ability to connect more meaningfully with your life.
