About My Clients
When addiction, trauma, or depression make daily life feel heavy, your reactions are understandable. You might be exhausted by cycles of guilt, flashbacks, cravings, or a low mood that drains joy. There is hope: therapy can help you move through addiction, process trauma, and ease depression. These experiences often overlap and show up as shame, isolation, sleep trouble, or strained relationships.
My Background and Approach
I’m certified in addiction counseling and have experience working across outpatient, intensive outpatient (IOP), and residential treatment settings. I understand that recovery looks different for everyone, and I tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed, integrating evidence-based methods to address addiction, co-occurring mental health concerns, and the underlying experiences that shape them. I strive to create a supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and empowering. Recovery takes courage—the courage to face what’s painful, to challenge old patterns, and to imagine something different for yourself. Choosing to invest in your healing is an investment in a stronger, healthier version of you. My role is to help reduce barriers, support your goals, and walk alongside you as you create meaningful, lasting change—so you leave therapy in a better place than where you started.
