People are experts on their experience but a therapist can accompany and help guide a person through the murkier parts of their path. I’ve been working in the wellness field for over 10 years helping people of all ages and all kinds develop tools and skills to quiet the noise that stops them from connecting with themselves.
Clients discover what a meaningful life looks like for them and how to live in a way that is fulfilling and nourishing while also helping them develop psychological flexibility and mindfulness-based skills so that they can better navigate challenges. I help clients feel a sense of awe, hope, and possibility again, or maybe for the first time in their lives.
Clients appreciate my holistic, compassionate, and multidimensional approach.
I have experience working with individuals that have anxiety, adjustment difficulties, traumatic histories, relationship problems, depression, chronic illness, and cultural difficulties.
