I support individuals navigating anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, chronic illness, major life transitions, trauma, and more.
My Background and Approach
I work with people who carry the invisible weight of trauma —those who’ve learned to survive by staying “on,” taking care of everyone else, and pushing themselves beyond their limits. Together, we’ll untangle the patterns that keep you stuck in self-doubt, hyper-responsibility, and emotional exhaustion. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and focused on helping you feel safer in your own skin, rebuild trust in yourself, and create relationships where you can be truly seen and heard.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I've had the opportunity to work with adults of all ages and backgrounds in non-profit settings and community organizations treating and advocating for equitable systems, trauma informed approaches and social justice. These experiences have helped me to be curious, empathetic and an open-minded clinician.
