My Background and Approach
With five years of experience as a therapist in Nevada and several years of life experience , I've learned that life often teaches us lessons the classroom cannot. I hold certifications in treating anxiety, grief, and trauma alone with additional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My approach integrated evidence based practices with real world understanding to support clients in navigating life's challenges and creating meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe life is a mix of fun, excitement, challenges, and loss. Each of us has a unique journey filled with obstacles and highlights. While staying positive can be hard, I see challenges as opportunities for growth. I deeply value compassion, kindness, and learning. I am always eager to explore new ways to support others. Currently, I am becoming a certified yoga instructor including certification in trauma informed yoga. My goal is to help clients in a holistic way combining mind-body practices with evidenced based approaches to foster healing and growth.
