About My Clients
I work with individuals, couples, and families who feel stuck in repeating patterns — conflict, shutdown, overwhelm, disconnection, parenting stress, or feeling misunderstood. Many clients are navigating ADHD, autism, AuDHD, suspected neurodivergence, sensory needs, executive-function challenges, or emotional intensity. You may be looking for therapy because you want more clarity, less blame, and more workable ways to regulate, communicate, repair, parent, and reconnect.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in relational, neuro-affirming therapy for individuals, couples, and families. My work draws on advanced training in the Gottman Method, Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems, Relational Life Therapy, Discernment Counseling, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and neuraffirming approaches. This means our work will not just be about talking through problems. We will look at the patterns underneath them, slow down reactivity, build accountability and repair, and create practical ways to support communication, regulation, parenting, boundaries, and connection.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a place where people feel understood, not judged or pathologized. I care about neurodiversity-affirming and culturally responsive care, especially for people who are diagnosed, self-identified, or wondering whether ADHD, autism, AuDHD, or sensory differences may be part of their story. I also support parents trying to understand their child with less shame and more compassion. My work is grounded in curiosity, nervous-system awareness, practical support, and more connected ways of living together.
