About My Clients
I work with people who feel stuck in perfectionism, OCD, low self-esteem, or unhelpful coping patterns. Many of my clients come to therapy after struggling on their own or feeling discouraged by past attempts. Others are navigating trauma, health issues, or relationship struggles. My ideal clients are open to exploring their inner world, curious about their parts, and ready to build resilience and healthier ways of connecting to themselves and others.
My Background and Approach
Drawing from IFS-informed practice, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation techniques, I invite curiosity and compassion toward the different aspects of your inner world. As a yoga teacher, I also bring mind–body awareness into my work, helping clients explore how experiences live both in the mind and the body. My approach is flexible and collaborative, tailored to your unique needs. I specialize in supporting clients with OCD, perfectionism, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. Together, we will honor your resilience, explore the roles of different parts within you, and build practical coping skills to help you move toward greater balance, self-trust, and well-being.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe all parts of you deserve to be welcomed and understood with compassion. My work is guided by values of inclusivity, curiosity, and social justice. I strive to create a safe, affirming space where clients from diverse backgrounds can explore their stories and feel truly seen. I am especially passionate about mind–body practices and the ways they support emotional healing. Outside of therapy, I value community wellness and creating opportunities for authentic connection. These commitments shape how I show up as a therapist—with openness, respect, and the belief that healing is always possible.
