A Vipassana Buddhist practitioner for 35 years, mindfulness teacher, interfaith minister, forgiveness facilitator, hospital chaplain, hospice grief therapist, dream support group leader for cancer patients, spiritual midwife for the dying and their families - and student of shamanic studies and psychedelic-assisted therapy - I am here to support you to go as deep as you can to heal, envision, create, actualize and thrive!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a therapist who welcomes all life sustaining, humanistic beliefs and preferences. I stand for social justice, progressive values, earth stewardship, and supporting all sentient beings in realizing their greatest potential! I have personally been through many dark nights of the soul and opened to grief beyond anything I ever thought I could bear. Using all that arises as grist for the mill of my own inner awakening. I know how to traverse the darkest inner territory, and hold you in a safe and loving container of compassion and kindness - assisting you in finding your deepest truths, and metabolizing whatever pain you are carrying that is causing you suffering.
