I am passionate about working with people who want to find their most authentic selves. I work to meet people where they are and to help them learn tools to reach the goals they set for themselves. I work with individuals, adults and adolescents, as well as couples. I am an eclectic therapist and individualize therapy to what the clients needs. I use tools from an eclectic approach based on your needs. Not every approach works with every client. I work to provide a trauma informed approach and provide you options that will allow you to decide which is the best route for you. I have experience in addictions, LGBTQIA+ issues, and am gender affirming.
