About My Clients
My clients are often thoughtful, capable individuals who are used to holding a great deal for others while quietly struggling themselves. Many are women navigating pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, career demands, and major life transitions. Others are working through anxiety, ADHD, trauma, or grief while appearing “put together” on the outside. They are insightful and motivated, but seeking deeper understanding, steadiness, and meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Anchor Point Behavioral Health. Over the past decade, I’ve worked across inpatient programs, therapeutic schools, outpatient clinics, and community mental health settings supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through complex emotional challenges. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and have advanced training in evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, ERP, Internal Family Systems, and attachment-focused therapy. My work now focuses on perinatal and postpartum mental health, anxiety, ADHD in women, trauma, and major life transitions. I approach therapy as a collaborative process—creating a space where you can slow down, make sense of what you’ve been carrying, and develop practical tools to feel more grounded, resilient, and connected to yourself.
