About My Clients
I work with adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, and life transitions. My goal is to help clients find both understanding and practical outcomes they can apply in daily life. I approach therapy with curiosity, sincerity, and respect, supporting clients as they explore the heart of their issues and move toward self-compassion, growth, and being true to themselves.
My Background and Approach
I have worked in inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting people through a range of mental health concerns and life challenges. My experience in nonprofit, educational, and media settings deepened my respect for people’s stories and the many ways they make meaning from their experiences. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), strengths-based, and existential perspectives, aiming to balance evidence-based tools with authenticity so therapy feels practical and meaningful.
