About My Clients
I work with adults that are experiencing struggles with anxiety, depression, pregnancy and postpartum issues, life transitions and adjustments, self esteem, grief and loss. I enjoy working to help find better balance in your life, creating healthy boundaries, navigating relationships, struggles, and how to remove some toxic behaviors or leave a bad relationship. I work with people who struggle with their confidence, and maybe need help navigating how to better organize their life.
My Background and Approach
I work from integrative approach and take the perspective that one size does not fit all when it comes to the therapeutic experience. My goal is always meet you where you’re at in life and not try to force different coping skills or therapeutic models on you that are not going to work for you or that you’re not ready for. I want this to be a collaborative experience for you and to be able to feel like the healing is yours to own and that I am just the person that is helping you find the way.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I love being a therapist and I love getting to hold space for you as you navigate the journey that is life that and all of its challenges and ups and downs. I believe that I create a place where are you can be yourself and I navigate my therapy through humor and empathy and most of all understanding.
