My Background and Approach
Therapy should put you first. Because of this, I will meet you where you are at and we will move at your pace. When we work together, I strive to understand who you are beyond your challenges. Because I am a firm believer that you are the expert of your own life, work with me is a collaborative process. Sessions with me are honest, thoughtful, and inviting—and not another place you have to “put on a face.” My practice focuses on helping people experience genuine and long-lasting change. To help my clients achieve this and reach their potential, I use evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT, ERP, SPACE and mindfulness.
