About My Clients
Relationships are complex — and they affect every part of our well-being. Whether it’s with a partner, child, friend, or coworker, the quality of our connections can deeply influence our mental health. I help individuals and couples navigate stress, strengthen communication, and find practical solutions to everyday challenges. My work focuses on supporting those experiencing anxiety, depression, or relationship strain, including co-parents and couples seeking better communication.
My Background and Approach
My approach to counseling is uniquely informed by my ten years of experience in family law. I am trained in the Gottman Method (Level 2) and help couples strengthen communication and resolve conflict more effectively. I also offer Discernment Counseling, guiding couples as they thoughtfully explore whether to work on their relationship through counseling or move toward separation or divorce.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in empowering individuals through a collaborative and compassionate approach that helps them navigate their struggles and create meaningful change. In my work with both individuals and couples, I emphasize building self-awareness, emotional resilience, and effective communication to foster healthier relationships—with themselves and with others. My goal is to support clients in cultivating balance, connection, and a greater sense of well-being in all areas of their lives.
