About My Clients
I support teens and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, identity struggles, and major life changes. I work best with clients who feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs—creating a safe space for healing, growth, and building a stronger sense of self.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in supporting teens and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, ADHD, and life transitions. I believe therapy should be collaborative, empowering, and a space where you feel truly seen. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, supported, and understood. I prioritize building genuine relationships with my clients while providing the structure, tools, and guidance needed for meaningful growth. I take a flexible, individualized approach—drawing from evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care—while tailoring each session to your unique needs, values, and lived experience. Whether you’re seeking healing, clarity, or simply someone to talk to who gets it, I’m here to meet you where you are.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a therapist and dance coach, I believe deeply in the power of connection, creativity, and community. I’m passionate about creating safe, inclusive spaces—especially for those who have felt like outsiders. I support LGBTQ+ rights, racial justice, mental health advocacy, and disability inclusion. I’ve volunteered with organizations focused on sexual assault and domestic violence and care deeply about supporting teens, survivors, and marginalized voices. Outside of therapy, I find joy in dance, hiking, and spending time with my cats.
