About My Clients
I am an MFT who works with individuals, couples, and families of all ages and needs. Reaching out for help can be difficult and I applaud anyone who takes that big step! In our first session together, we will talk about what brings you to therapy and come up with goals as a team. Through laughter and hard work, my clients and I work together to become their best and healthiest selves.
My Background and Approach
I use a systemic approach when working with my clients and often utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS) as a treatment as well as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I enjoy making use of my clients' own interests in their recovery, as well as some of my own.
