About My Clients
I work with adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns they can’t quite name. Many are navigating trauma, relationship challenges, perfectionism, or major life transitions. You don’t need the “right” words for what’s wrong—just a willingness to show up. Together, we slow things down, build insight, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with experience supporting adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship stress. My training includes EMDR and other evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches that help process difficult experiences and reduce emotional reactivity. I work collaboratively to build emotional regulation, strengthen self-awareness, and improve communication. Together, we explore patterns shaped by past experiences while developing practical tools for change. Therapy with me is thoughtful, paced with care, and tailored to your goals—so you leave sessions with both insight and clear next steps.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen, respected, and never shamed for your story. I value authenticity, curiosity, and cultural humility, and I’m committed to ongoing learning around equity and inclusion. I support LGBTQ+ communities and believe deeply in social justice, body autonomy, and trauma-informed care. My approach is rooted in the idea that healing happens in safe, collaborative relationships. Outside of my work, I’m creative and reflective, and I bring that same thoughtfulness into the therapy room. I strive to create a space where you can show up fully as yourself—without pressure to be anything else.
