About My Clients

My clients are curious, reflective, and open to exploring beneath the surface. Many are creative or drawn to understanding the “why” behind their patterns, integrating emotional insight with neuroscience. You don’t have to be put together to begin- just willing to show up as you are. I offer a steady, nonjudgmental space where all parts of you are welcome. We move at your pace, guided by curiosity, connection, and what your nervous system can hold.

My Background and Approach

My background is shaped by a deep curiosity about the inner world and the ways our experiences live in both mind and body. I approach therapy through an integrative, relational lens, grounded in an understanding of the nervous system and the belief that healing happens in connection. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, Art Therapy, DBT, and CBT, using each flexibly based on your needs. I see therapy as a space where science and soul can coexist. Together, we explore the patterns, emotions, and protective strategies that have helped you navigate your life, while gently creating room for new ways of being. I work collaboratively, honoring your pace and capacity, and attuning to both what is spoken and unspoken. My goal is to offer a steady, compassionate presence where all parts of you are welcome, and where healing can unfold with curiosity rather than pressure.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing is less about fixing what is “wrong” and more about remembering what has always been true within us. Each part of us; thoughts, emotions, and protective patterns, holds meaning and deserves to be met with curiosity rather than judgment. I trust that our nervous systems carry both our wounds and our capacity to heal, and that change happens most deeply in safe, attuned connection. A core part of my work is gently meeting the inner child; the younger parts of us that learned how to adapt, protect, and survive. When we turn toward these parts with care and compassion, we begin to soften old patterns and create space for new experiences. I believe therapy is a collaborative process where science and intuition can coexist, and where you are supported in reconnecting with yourself at a pace your system can truly hold.
