Interested in exploring ADHD/Autism, healing from addictive behaviors, needing help navigating unexpected losses, changes, or life transitions; struggling to cope with reality-as-it-is; wanting more clarity, sense of meaning, purpose, and a life lived in alignment with their values, healthy intimacy with self and others, and learning the language of the nervous system. I love helping other therapists, creatives, activists, and organizers get through burnout.
My Background and Approach
I draw from polyvagal theory, AF-EMDR, Pia Mellody's model, mindfulness/somatic practices, creative arts, feminist psychology, and trauma-informed frameworks. Whether you're a clinician seeking a safe space to do your own work or someone longing to break old patterns, I offer a grounded, respectful space for growth. I am neuro-inclusive, neuro-affirming, and aim to help clients develop a deep and fulfilling relationship with their own nervous system as a source of inner wisdom and see my role as a therapist as a collaborator and guide.
