About My Clients
My practice is focused on helping clients create a balanced and joyful life. I specialize in Life Transitions, Anxiety, Eating Disorders, Substance/Addiction, Depression, Highly Sensitive Individuals, and Spirituality. Through utilizing existing tools, as well as learning new possibilities of living, clients are able to reach their full potential for prolonged success.
My Background and Approach
This private practice is focused on helping clients create a balanced and joyful life. Everyone can discover the way that works best for him or her. It appears that we tend to focus way too much time and energy on "right vs. wrong." This seems to only cause more confusion, indecisiveness, and other insecurities. Seeking outside guidance in times of struggle can be powerful and transformative. One of the goals of this practice is to help clients discover a deeper sense of self and acceptance. Another intention of this practice practice is to help clients build and maintain the necessary tools they already have existing within themselves, and lead clients to new discoveries of living life in a more balanced and enjoyable way. I know it is difficult to reach out for help. It can also be a struggle to find the right Therapist. I want to make sure we are going to be a good fit and that's why I offer a free 15min initial phone consultation.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that engaging in hobbies, self care, and spending time with family and friends are the most important things in life. You will see in our work together that creating a healthy work/life balance as well as joy in life are essential to what I believe in, and are integrated into the therapeutic approach I provide. Some of my hobbies as well as self care practices include; mindfulness/meditation, fishing, camping, playing the drums, and just about anything that involves being outdoors. I look forward to learning more about you and what you are seeking to receive from the therapeutic process.
