About My Clients
I work with people who look like they have it all together on the outside, but feel anxious and disconnected on the inside. Whether you are navigating burnout in a high-pressure job, processing shifts in your identify and relationship as a new parent, or seeking tools to connect more deeply with yourself and/or your partner, I offer a space to explore, heal, and reconnect to yourself.
My Background and Approach
Drawing on somatic, mindfulness, and person-centered modalities, as well as specialized training in maternal mental health and couples therapy, I work with you to address and lessen symptoms that are blocking your path so we can dive into the big questions like: What is my purpose? Who am I at my core? What do I need from my relationships?
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I hold the belief that we all carry our own innate wisdom, and as such, I create space in the therapeutic relationship for my clients to be the experts on themselves and to articulate their needs, wants, and experiences in a safe, nurturing environment. The focus within my work is less on fixing and more on accompanying your human-ness.
