About My Clients

Do you feel disconnected from your body, identity, or relationships? You may be navigating anxiety, trauma, or patterns that feel hard to shift. I work with individuals and partners, especially LGBTQIA+ clients, exploring identity, sexuality, and connection. Together, we slow down, build awareness, and support healing through somatic, creative, and relational work—helping you feel more grounded, authentic, and aligned, while strengthening self-trust, boundaries, and connection.

My Background and Approach

I take a collaborative, integrative approach to therapy tailored to each client’s unique needs. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed framework that explores how past experiences impact the nervous system, emotional responses, relationships, and sense of self. I support clients in increasing awareness of patterns and understanding how these experiences contribute to current distress, while building tools for regulation, processing, and change. I have training in trauma-informed care, sex therapy, and somatic approaches, and integrate evidence-based and experiential modalities. I draw from Polyvagal Theory, Attachment Theory, parts work (Internal Family Systems), Narrative Therapy, somatic practices, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I work from a person-centered, anti-oppressive, and non-judgmental lens, viewing clients as experts of their own experiences and supporting insight, self-regulation, and more adaptive ways of relating.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing is always possible, and that we all have the capacity to grow, shift, and reconnect with ourselves at any point in our lives. Many of the challenges we face are shaped by past experiences, relationships, and systems we’ve had to navigate—not personal failures. As a non-binary, queer therapist of color, I care deeply about offering inclusive, affirming, and anti-oppressive care. I support LGBTQIA+ communities and am committed to creating spaces where people feel seen, respected, and safe to show up as they are. My work is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and authenticity. I value connection, creativity, and the wisdom of the body, and I approach therapy as a collaborative process where we move at a pace that feels supportive and attuned to you.
