About My Clients
I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, overthinking, or difficulty focusing. You may feel mentally drained, easily stressed, or stuck in patterns that make it hard to keep up with daily life. Many of my clients are capable but feel off track or disconnected from themselves. They’re looking for support, clarity, and a way to feel more grounded and in control again
My Background and Approach
I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a background in both medical and mental health care. My experience has given me a strong understanding of how stress, anxiety, mood, and focus challenges can impact both the mind and body. My approach is thoughtful, structured, and collaborative. I take time to understand your symptoms, your history, and what you’ve already tried so we can create a plan that actually makes sense for you. This may include medication management, practical coping strategies, and support with sleep, focus, and emotional regulation. I prioritize clear communication and want you to feel informed and comfortable with your treatment. You won’t be rushed or dismissed. Instead, we work together to find what helps you feel more stable, clear, and in control. I am especially mindful of balancing short-term symptom relief with long-term progress, so you can feel better now while also building something sustainable!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe mental health care should feel safe, respectful, and free of judgment. It’s important to me that you feel heard and taken seriously, especially if you’ve had past experiences of feeling dismissed or misunderstood. I pay close attention to patterns in thoughts, behaviors, and emotions, which helps us get to the root of what you you've been experiencing. I value a balanced approach that considers both emotional and physical well-being. Mental health is not just about managing symptoms, but about understanding yourself, feeling more grounded, and improving your overall quality of life. I also believe in meeting people where they are. There is no one “right” way to heal, and your care should reflect your individual needs, preferences, and goals. Above all, I aim to create a space where you can show up as you are, without pressure or judgment.
