About My Clients
My clients are often navigating change — moves, breakups, career shifts, cultural transitions, etc. They may feel excitement mixed with fear, regret, or self-doubt. Some struggle with rejection, loss of self-esteem, or a critical inner voice. Others feel anxious about starting over or uncertain about what’s next. Together, we create a space of care and acceptance, where you can process your feelings, reconnect with your strength, and step into new possibilities.
My Background and Approach
I’m a therapist-in-training at Northwestern University’s Family Institute working towards my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. To me, counseling is a collaborative multicultural effort and relationship that is defined by the unique client and counselor, meaning that we each counselor and client alike bring our diverse identities, experiences, and worldviews to the counseling space and that some issues are not solved by counseling alone but through advocacy and community. Therapy is not about offering advice but providing presence, genuine care, and space to be fully heard. In our work together, you’ll find encouragement, empathy, and the tools to meet both endings and beginnings with resilience and clarity.
