About My Clients
Depression, anxiety, trauma, and numerous other internal and external barriers can seem overwhelming when trying to navigate daily life alone. My clients often are often seeking support in getting motivated to follow through with personal understanding and growth, while looking to heal deeper wounds even when it has seemed so impossible before.
My Background and Approach
I am looking to walk with you into your life experiences to develop self-understanding, self-validation, and non-judgement through a path of psychoeducation and acceptance. As we move through the challenges that you have faced, we will identify strengths and values that make up who you are and lead up to a path of healing and purpose that may have seemed so far off before. I hold each of my clients in the reality that they are Good, regardless of circumstance or decisions that have been made. I deeply believe that there is a path of healing for each person I encounter and that we will come upon it if we are able to work on things long enough to uncover it. Though, in the end, it's your choice if you wish to walk that path.
