About My Clients

If you are looking for a guide for deep self-discovery so substantial and lasting inner growth can take root, we'll likely be a good fit for one another! Seeing a therapist facilitates personal growth and puts you in touch with your lived experiences, values, motivations, desires, needs, and wants. I offer individual psychotherapy specializing in anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, stress, and chronic illness or injury.

My Background and Approach

Why choose Panoramic Counseling for mental wellbeing or career counseling? Panoramas create an immersive world in which we can explore our potential, interconnectedness and see the implications of our actions as they relate to the "big picture." I believe that doing the brave inner work to achieve deepened self-awareness ultimately gives us a wide-angle perspective to live a full life. When we hold an expansive view of our lives and our work, we can chart a course to amplify our purpose, discover deeper meaning, and realize greater satisfaction. Working with a professional can be transformative and expansive. My approach is holistic, practical, and lighthearted. With preference given to strength-based therapeutic models that highlight your resources and resilience, I engage in a variety of modalities such as person-centered counseling, cognitive behavioral counseling, feminist therapy, existential, mindfulness based, and motivational interviewing.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I respect your autonomy and aim to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment so you can: 1) Make the changes you want in your life, 2) Be empowered to set goals and intentions that align with your values, 3) Increase mindfulness and self-awareness, 4) Begin to understand and respond compassionately to your suffering, and 5) Identify and build your individual strengths. I believe access to mental health care is a social justice issue. Acknowledging that fact requires taking meaningful action to change it. I strive to use my position to act with- and for others in pursuit of identifying and ending systemic racism and social oppression. Thus, I offer significantly reduced rates via Open Path Collective. I also offer sliding scale rates as space allows. Please visit my website to see my Generosity Pricing information and inquire about available space.
