About My Clients
Are you someone who struggles with your relationship with self and do not know why? That's where I come in. I work on helping you uncover your relationship with yourself, to release triggers, challenge negative thought patterns, be more intentional with your actions and be more mindful. The more you improve the relationship with yourself mentally, physically and spiritually the more your mental health symptoms will subside and you will be closer to having the life you always wanted.
My Background and Approach
I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Health Couch that uses a holistic individualistic evidence based approach. I use my years as a mental health therapist studying techniques such as CBT, strength based theory, positive psychology and trauma therapy (havening to be exact) and combine it with a health couching approach to help the individual as a whole.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
The most important relationship you will ever have is the relationship you have with yourself. How would you define your relationship with yourself? I ask because it is the basis of your relationship with everyone and everything around you. Your thoughts, feelings and beliefs govern your actions, so self awareness is key to living the life you want to live. I work on helping you uncover your relationship with yourself, to release triggers and challenge negative thought patterns. I believe when you live in the past you're depressed, when you live in the future you are anxious and when you live in the present you are happy. I work on helping you live your best life in the present by teaching you how to fish versus giving you a fish (as cliche as it sounds).
