About My Clients
I enjoy working with teen and adult clients who struggle with stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, addiction, eating disorders, parenting challenges, conflict resolution, boundaries and self-esteem issues. I believe with non-judgmental emphatic listening and the trust within therapeutic relationship, people have the inherent motivation to improve themselves and change their unhealthy behaviors, thoughts.

Whether you are seeking to reclaim your story, find balance amidst life's turbulence, or simply need a supportive guide as you navigate your path, I am here to walk with you. Navigating the modern world's stresses can be overwhelming. It's common to seek escape from difficult emotions and thoughts and to disconnect from oneself. My aim is to help clients feel their emotions, allow them to pass, and liberate their minds from destructive thinking patterns. Throughout our sessions, I pull from a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and trauma-informed modalities.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As someone born and raised in Turkey, I bring empathy and personal insight into the challenges faced by minorities, and I have a special place in my heart for working with individuals from all minority groups. I am committed to provide a culturally sensitive practice where clients can be authentic without fear of judgment.
