About My Clients
I believe that change is hard, but possible with care that is personalized toward you. Your story, relationships, and problems are unique because you are unique. I strive to work collaboratively with clients as they unpack the things weighing them down. You are the expert of your story. I’m eager for the opportunity to walk alongside you in this process.
My Background and Approach
Before starting my clinical work, I worked with adolescents in formational settings, pushing me to pursue a therapeutic career. My clinical experience spans community outreach and private practice settings serving a diverse clientele. In both settings, I have had the opportunity to work with clients of various ages, socioeconomic, racial, and career backgrounds. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families covering a wide range of clinical issues. My areas of clinical interest include adolescents, young adults, anxiety, depression, ADHD, body image issues, eating disorders, self-esteem, life-transitions, religious trauma, and family of origin work.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
The opportunity to walk alongside clients as they strive for change is deeply meaningful to me. I believe that taking steps toward this new way of living is courageous and should be held as sacred. I strive to provide a safe, relaxed environment where we can navigate through the things you deem as "messy". You do not have to go it alone anymore. My goal is to focus on what you bring to the table to provide deep healing.
