Life is hard, and sometimes we need a bit of extra guidance. Therapy can really improve your quality of life- whether you're dealing with things like anxiety, work struggles, or relationship issues. I provide a non-judgmental space for you to explore what you would like to work on. My goal is to help you develop tools, goals, and skills to make a positive changes and become the best version of yourself! If faith is important to you, we can absolutely include that in our sessions if desired.
My Background and Approach
I have worked with adults suffering from depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, caregiver distress, and more. I utilize a person-centered approach to ensure you feel heard, validated, and empowered. I also integrate other therapeutic approaches such as CBT or ACT and will tailor your treatment to fit your specific needs.
