I work well with individuals who are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and grief of all types. I enjoy working with introverts and HSPs. I also can help with relationship issues. I only provide telehealth therapy at this time. My availability is from 8am to 5pm weekdays.
My Background and Approach
I have a background in CBT but more so have a supportive style and am very much a listener. I like to tune in to others and be very sensitive to where they are at and how to best help them. I have an eclectic approach and rely on my intuition and creativity as I respond and come along side those I counsel. I sometimes use humor and sometimes am very solution focused.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I like to focus on the uniqueness of each person and to focus on understanding strengths and accepting weaknesses. I strive to empower every person I counsel to gain new vision for their lives and to be their best selves. I believe each person is needed in society to give their part in order for the whole to function correctly and in a healthy manner.
