About My Clients
I am here to offer you the emotional support that you need. I work with foster and adoptive families experiencing the distinctive challenges of the adoption process . I have a special interest in working with minorities and the LGBTQIA+ community to overcome the emotional trauma of inequality. I am also CAMS trained to assist in managing suicidal risk. I also offer counseling for depression, anxiety, and personality disorders.
My Background and Approach
My philosophy for helping is grounded in an integrative interactive approach to the therapeutic paradigm and is proven to be the most effective in improving the client outcome. I uplift the uniqueness of each client and promote the autonomy of every client. I provide an eclectic informed approach that range from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy to Person-Centered Therapy. I am faith-based friendly and I offer a safe,honest, and expressive environment with the deepest empathy.
