About My Clients
We often learn to hide or deny parts of ourselves in order to stay emotionally or physically safe in childhood. While originally adaptive, this can shape how we see the world, ourselves, and others in it and lead to suffering. I aim to create a safe space for my clients to share their story and be heard with compassion, curiosity, acceptance, and empathy.
My Background and Approach
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Arkansas and am currently working towards certification as a trauma informed yoga teacher (RYT200). In my practice, I utilize a neuro-informed, relational approach that emphasizes the connection between mind and body. My practice is secular, neurodiversity affirming, and LGTBQIA2S+ affirming.
