My Background and Approach
If you're reading this, it means you've come to a crossroads in your life and are ready to make some changes to stop those patterns, uncover your strengths, and find happiness and contentment within yourself. While completing top-of-the-line training at distinguished hospitals, I've worked with many individuals and families experiencing relationship difficulties, unresolved trauma, and other life challenges. My approach encompasses a wide range of evidence-based therapeutic strategies. Together we will work on various psychotherapeutic activities. You will also have take-home exercises to help you to develop healthy habits that you can use in daily practice. I can help you work on your personal growth by leading you through therapy to improve your values, self-esteem, and self-love. I'm now pursuing sex therapy certification through the Buehler Institute.
