About My Clients
Others see you as the high achiever that you are. What they don't know is that, despite all your success, you still feel anxious and unsure of yourself. You struggle to build meaningful relationships because you can never relax enough to be the real you around others. Your work suffers because you’re constantly worrying about the possibility that others might be judging you. And the demands of your inner perfectionist leave you feeling too exhausted to do the things that once brought you joy.
My Background and Approach
I became a therapist because I believe that, while it’s not uncommon to feel anxious, stuck, or even lost at difficult times in our lives, no one should have to go through that experience alone. My helping approach is deeply relational, and I believe good therapy is rooted in good conversation. As an inquisitive, down-to-earth, open-minded therapist, I focus on getting to know the real you, listening to your story, and looking for opportunities to help you experiment with new ways of being alive. My helping approach is highly integrative, drawing on existential, gestalt, and interpersonal modalities.
