Throughout our lives we encounter experiences that influence and form our perceptions of the world and others around us. When the narrative no longer serves us, it can often lead to overwhelm, anxieties, disconnect and dissatisfaction in life. Our world can often put great pressure upon us to achieve certain standards within systems that don't support our deepest wellbeing. It can be hard to do the inner work to change in the midst of this.
My Background and Approach
I work from a multi-faceted, trauma informed and holistic lens. In working with me, you will be able to safely explore the “root” causes of your experience and foster understanding, connection and reflection. I often encourage safe risk taking to foster vulnerability and learning of new skills. I’m here to witness you, challenge you, and support you. Warmth, curiosity and a sense of humor are essential parts of my therapeutic process. I am deeply passionate about aiding a deeper understanding of self and empowering a life more aligned and integrated.
