My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that you know what you need best, so my job is to empower you to trust your intuition and follow your lead in counseling. I will utilize unconditional acceptance and empathy to help you develop a greater understanding of and compassion toward yourself. Sessions with me often include emotional exploration and validation as well as inner child work (adults). Additionally, if your child is receiving play therapy with me, we will meet one-on-one to tailor my approach to their therapy as well as to teach you play therapy communication skills to help your child feel understood and reduce conflict.
