About My Clients
I serve both teenagers and adults, primarily in processing complex trauma, working with LGBTQIA2S+ individuals on gender and sexuality related issues, and treating OCD and phobias with Exposure and Response Prevention techniques. I also helps clients work through Anxiety, Depression, and stress management.
My Background and Approach
I integrate a combination of EMDR, CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and a bit of humor in my approach to therapy. Therapy is not a "one size fits all" solution, so collaborating with clients to find what therapeutic methods and coping skills work best for each person is important. You are the master of your own experience!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am proudly open about my queer identity as a therapist. Although every person's experience in the LGBTQ+ community is different, I know how important it can be to have a therapist that understands what it means to live a queer existence.
