About My Clients

Everyone has a unique story to tell, which means therapy needs to be tailored. I specialize in managing the mental health impact of chronic conditions, women's health concerns, and media and gaming addictions. I have a background in college and career counseling, and an interest in helping people define their futures while facing familial, societal, and economic challenges. I strive to help clients grow trust and acceptance of themselves through all of life's challenges.

My Background and Approach

By defining core values I help clients create goals in a trusting and collaborative space. There is healing in the power of telling your story! With a background in sports, I treat chronic health conditions, and media and gaming addictions. My experience as a college and career counselor provides a depth of experience working with stress, anxiety, depression and addictions. I believe in crafting a unique healing journey for each client!

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am a creative person who loves music, art, and writing. I am an advocate for change on the individual and systems levels, and actively volunteer in my community to fight food insecurity and help immigrants adjust. I've had the privilege of working in different careers over the years, which amplifies my ability to be a holistic counselor.
